Lashanda Oden is one of the finest employees on our team this month. So in January 2022, we are not only honored to have her on our team, but especially proud to recognize her as one of our two Safety Champions this month.
Lashanda is an excellent example of a teammate who cares. She cares about her work, her surroundings, and keeping herself and her teammates safe and secure at work.

First off, tell me a little bit about your job – what are your day to day responsibilities?
“I work in assembly, rolling and cutting product for the airplane filters. I also help out with packing.”
What’s your favorite part of your job?
“I really enjoy packing but in general love that I have a job.”
How do your work safe or keep your coworkers safe?
“I always make sure that I am wearing my PPE.”
You’re one of our best teammates! Any words of wisdom for other teammates looking to be as successful?
“Make sure you show up and show out. And always follow instructions everyday.”
