Teresa Meadows joined our ranks at Nemak, one of TempForce’s longest-standing partnerships and Sylacauga’s famously competitive employers and sought-after worksites.
Its renown is partially for teammates like Teresa who make it such a gratifying and friendly place to work. Her workmates love having her around for her work ethic, her conviviality and of course her commitment to safety.
This month, we’re celebrating Teresa as our newest Safety Champion, an award and bonus given to those who bring a focus to their workplace’s safety programs and an interest in going the extra mile to keep themselves and their teammates safe.

First off, tell me a little bit about your job – what are your day to day responsibilities?
“I work on the BMW line in the production area.”
What’s your favorite part of your job?
“I absolutely love my teammates and my boss, I love the work environment.”
How do your work safe or keep your coworkers safe?
“I make sure that I am wearing all of the proper PPE, including steeled toed shows, sleeves, gloves, etc.”
Any words of wisdom for working in such a competitive, fast-paced environment?
“Follow instructions, apply all of the safety skills that I have learned to ensure that you are keeping yourself and team mates safe at work.”
