Local Anniston Insurance Company Seeking a Customer Service Representative with Experience in Business Services.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
– Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
– Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Proficient in using computer systems and software
Office Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Pay is depending on experience – Starting at $14.00+
