Family Loan Co. has been in business in Anniston since 1948. We make personal loans, prepare tax returns and provide tax refund anticipation loans. Each year we hire 7 people to help us with our tax business. We have used several temp agencies to help us fill this need. About 7 or 8 years ago Leslie with Temp Force stopped by my office to ask for our business. She promised that her staff would make every effort to fill our needs. We made a commitment to try the services of Temp Force and we have not been disappointed. We ask temp Force to interview and test our prospective employees. They then send the prospective employee to us for another interview. We make the decision on who we want to hire. Each year we have been able to fill our 7 temp positions through Temp Force. We also hire our full time employees through Temp Force.
