Karol began her career with TempForce when we had zero applicants and zero clients. She began as a receptionist and is now in charge of the daily operations of TempForce- Smart Staffing Solutions. She offers 20+ years in Staffing and enjoys helping our customers reach their objectives by assisting our staff in problem-solving and customizing staffing strategies to suit the needs of each of our clients

Michele Danis Hornsby—Regional Accounts Manager
Michele joined TempForce in 1992. Her commitment to excellence is evident in the numbers of clients we have retained over the years and her constant drive to add even more satisfied customers to our client list. She understands that all customers' needs are different and enjoys designing staffing plans to best suit New customers. With over a decade of staffing experience and a by following our business philosophy of always exceeding our customers' expectations, she is truly an asset to our organization as well as our customers'.

Gwen, our Sylacauga Manager and a veteran staffer, has over a decade of experience in providing our clients and employees attentive and effective service. Her Genuine concern for both has helped to make her a tremendous asset of our organization. She is committed to making the TempForce experience a positive one.
Marsha, our Pell City Manager, has over a decade of experience in staffing our clients' needs and came to us from the Banking industry. She offers a strong commitment to Quality and making sure our customers' expectations are exceeded.
