Josh Bolton

From the very start, Josh Bolton was an excellent TempForce employee. Three years later, he's the Warehouse Operations Manager who we send many of our new temps to start their first day of work.


This is a true staffing success story! A few years ago, Josh Bolton was a temporary employee, packing parts at one of our customer’s warehouses. Now, he’s in charge of running that same warehouse.

It’s a vital distribution hub for one of the Southeast’s leading trucking companies. And as the new warehouse operations manager, Josh is now in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly.

After becoming a master packer, Josh was given an opportunity as a Lead, where he focused on just one of the company’s clients, and made sure all their products were warehoused perfectly. Josh learned enough that he could take on the warehouse manager job when it opened up. Now he takes care of ALL of their clients.

He manages the incoming and outgoing of parts, makes sure all his employees are doing their jobs and keeping the warehouse organized, and checks the status to identify any problems customers might have with their deliveries.

But his favorite thing is probably working with his employees. “It’s a relaxing atmosphere, even when it gets busy.” Level-headed and supportive, he’s always ready to help an employee with their tasks if they need him to jump in.

If you ask him what he excels at the most, his answer is pretty inspiring. “I figure I could excel at anything if I set my mind to it.” Any job he takes on, he does it to the best of his abilities. “Take pride in yourself,” he offers as his secret to success. “If you don’t take pride in what you do, you won’t get anywhere.”

We are proud to have taken a small part in Josh’s success story! Not to mention, we’re grateful to be able to send our new temporary team members to work for a great manager.
